At Delicate Waistlines by Chelsy De Jesus, we are committed to providing high-quality handmade products and ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.
• Please contact me at beads@delicatewaistlinesbychelsy.com with your order number and reason for return before returning any items.

Refunds:

• Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• If an exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement item once we receive the original item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at beads@delicatewaistlinesbychelsy.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the damaged/incorrect product at no additional cost to you.
